STATMEDANALYSIS CALCULATOR VALIDATION REPRODUCTION — VERSION 1
Checked 6 November 2026. All examples are hypothetical.

Requirements: Node.js 22+. No JavaScript dependency installation required.
From this extracted folder run:
  node --test tests/*.test.mjs
Expected: 385 passing targeted reference, input and boundary checks.

Optional independent reference regeneration:
Use an isolated Python environment with numpy==2.3.0 scipy==1.18.1 networkx==3.7.
  python3 reference/first24.py
  python3 reference/remaining58.py
  python3 reference/adversarial.py
  node --test tests/*.test.mjs

The optional reference/calibration-precision-reference.R script uses base R
glm to recompute the two saved non-perfect calibration coefficients.

The .mjs files are the calculation modules used by the website; UI wrappers
and website application sources are deliberately excluded. Expected fixtures
come from SciPy, NumPy, exact rational arithmetic or independently worked
examples, not copied calculator outputs. Each module includes its assumptions,
input example, supported limits and method reference. The test files define
individual numerical tolerances, invalid inputs and boundary cases.

These checks are not clinical validation or human expert certification.
They do not establish correctness for every input or appropriateness for a
particular study. Use only synthetic or aggregate inputs; never patient data.
Report discrepancies with synthetic examples to support@statmedanalysis.com.
