Identify the exact software contribution behind a reported analysis.

How to use this worksheet
Inventory software that materially contributed to the analysis. Record package and
runtime versions, persistent identifiers where available and requested citations from
official documentation. Separate general platform citations from method-specific
references. Match the citation to the version actually used.

Save a working copy and keep the original blank version. Use public, hypothetical or
aggregate information only; do not enter patient identifiers, credentials or confidential
records. Keep source evidence in your approved project workspace. Mark unresolved text
fields UNKNOWN or NOT REPORTED with a reason; never substitute zero for an unknown count.

Hypothetical worked case
