Calculation results
- Distinct covered bases
- 17
- Redundant base counts
- 2
- Merged blocks
- 2
How to interpret the output
Use one assembly and a consistent chromosome naming scheme. BED starts at zero and excludes the end. Adjacent intervals merge without adding bases. Summed input lengths can double-count overlap. Strand is ignored.
