Cochran Q for matched binary conditions
Compare three or more binary conditions measured on the same complete blocks.

Use 3–20 conditions and 3–100 independent blocks. Every entry must be zero or one, with no missing values. The test uses an asymptotic chi-square tail.
The starting values are hypothetical. Results update as you edit. Use aggregate or synthetic inputs only.

How to interpret the output
Cochran Q tests equal marginal success probabilities across matched conditions. Within-block dependence is accommodated by the statistic, but blocks must be independent. Few discordant blocks make the asymptotic p-value unreliable; no pairwise follow-up or multiplicity adjustment is supplied.
