Choose a positive horizon no later than the maximum observed time. Supply at least two synthetic right-censored records with a common start and positive times.
The starting values are hypothetical. Results update as you edit. Use aggregate or synthetic inputs only.

How to interpret the output
RMST is the area under the Kaplan–Meier survival curve from zero to the horizon, in time units. The horizon should be prespecified and clinically meaningful; the maximum follow-up bound alone does not guarantee adequate tail support. This is a single-group point estimate without an SE or group comparison.
