Reproducible bootstrap mean interval
Resample independent synthetic observations with a fixed seed and inspect percentile limits.

Use 200–10,000 replications, an integer seed from 0 to 1,000,000,000, and 3–100 values. The example is synthetic. Replication count controls simulation noise.
The starting values are hypothetical. Results update as you edit. Use aggregate or synthetic inputs only.

How to interpret the output
The nonparametric bootstrap samples n observations with replacement from the empirical distribution. The percentile interval is not bias-corrected and can perform poorly in small, skewed or dependent samples. Fixed seeds support reproducibility, not validity. This simple generator is educational, not cryptographic.
